Inspired by…the carved stone – a MUSA lunchtime talk
The next talk in the “Inspired by…” series at MUSA is this Thursday, 19 January 2012, at 1 pm. Join Richard Welander, Head of Collections at Historic Scotland, to find out more about the ancient carved stone on display in Gallery 1. The stone was excavated from the grounds of St Andrews Cathedral and bears the symbol of the cross. It dates from Scotland’s early Christian period.
