From our wonderful manuscripts, we have four depictions of dragons to share with you. A dragon in our 17^th-18^th century manuscript copy of “The Book of Wonders of the Age” (ms32(o)). The dragon in our 1605 copy of Shahnameh, an epic poem written by the Persian poet Ferdowsi (ms28(o)). A dragon from the St Andrews Psalter (msBX2033.A00). Finally, a very cute, though stern, baby dragon which illustrates the 15^th century Rouen Book of Hours (ms38938).
